
The Insurance Fraud Bureau receives reports of suspected insurance fraud from insurance company representatives, insurance agents, professional associations and their members, public agencies, law enforcement groups and the public.

Should report fraud when having reason to believe an insurance transaction may be fraudulent; a fraudulent insurance transaction has taken place or is about to take place.
